  This has been the Chuck E. Cheeses that I have gone to since I was a little girl. Of course it has changed tremendously since I was a girl, but it is still just as fun as when I used to go. The people who work here are always nice and the games are always fun. You can make Birthday parties here for your children and it's a blast for the kids and grown up's. Back when I was a little girl, I used tokens to play the games. Now you will find that they use play passes. Which basically you can charge it with different amounts of play points. Prices are cheaper than the old token prices. Overall this place is great and I would recommend this place to anyone.

  Terrible service. First off Chuck E met 4 year old daughter, it was just the three of us and he did not acknowledge her. She was so disappointed that he did not address herff. That same theme played throughout the building. When we were checking out for our "prizes" that were no more then gumball machine toys. We were eventually acknowlegde and told "I'll be right with you, cuz servicing people coming in with their money, was more important then servicing someone that already paid. We waited for his return for twenty minutes still and the 7 or eight employees or the corporate people who sat there, just watched as we were continually rounding up children to be there if someone would address us. And it was obvious we were getting upset. In the end we had to wait in the paying line again to have someone help us spend a dollar. Let me point out that the person we served the paying line was the same that said he would be right back and if he just moved his eyes to the right not even turning his head he would have seen us. The tickets the machines give are skimpy tickets. I would have left but the this stuff means something to the kids. So if you want to spend a lot of money for crappy games and poor service then visit the Mystic Chuck E. Cheese in Mass. (this was the service with corporate sitting there...so speak volumes.
